Preschool Ministry

Our Preschool Ministry provides a safe environment for children to learn about God's love while they are at church.

For their security, we have a sign-in process, and all workers are security screened. We also have hand-held devices that are given to parents at check-in so they can be contacted if the child has a need. Our caring, dedicated teachers are committed to teaching your children about God's love.

It is our objective to help each preschooler to:

• begin to show love, respect and acceptance for others.

• have spiritual seeds planted in his or her life that will grow as they grow.

• know that the Bible is a special book that tells about Jesus.

• Biblical teachings center around key principles: God, Jesus, Bible, church, nature, others, self

• Christian objectives and Biblical truths are taught through stories, activities, crafts, blocks, books, puzzles, pictures, music, and nature.

Extended Teaching Care is from 10:30 - 12:00 Noon on Sunday mornings for...

• ETC allows parents to attend worship services knowing that their children are being cared for and receiving Godly instruction.
• The teachers in ETC are church members who volunteer to work one Sunday every other month. They have lesson plans that reinforce what the children have learned in Sunday School.
• On the 5th Sunday of each month, the 4, 5, & 6 year olds go into worship with their parents to practice what they have learned in Sunday School about worship.

• When weather permits, children may spend part of their time outside in the fenced playground.

• We also provide a snack time for the children during Sunday School and ETC. Any allergies are noted at check-in.

• Children grow into a better understanding of who God is and His love for them through weekly worship in:

  • Life Group Bible Studies for every grade (Sunday School): 9am - 10:15am.

  • AWANA: Sundays from 5-7pm. Contact John Flowers.

  • Children's Activities (Wednesday evenings September - May) 6:30pm contact Cinda Brewer or Sandi Flowers

  • Summer Vacation Bible School: Contact Brenda Julienne or Chelsea Gorman

  • Children's Church every Sunday at 10:30am
